Reeyon Rouse

My name is Reeyon Rouse. I am a animation graduate from SCAD Atlanta. I graduated in the fall of 2019. Animated tv as been a big part of my life ever since I was a little boy. I was a big place of comfort and a way to escapes any thoughts or emotions I didn't want to deal with at the time. I has always wanted to be apart of that and someday do that for others. But as I got older I was mocked for still watching cartoons. How cartoons are only for kids. then I became infatuated the complex characters, stories, genres, and emotion that is told in eastern animation. I want to bring up the industry of mature animation in the U.S. Introduce genres other than comedy, and have shows with complex stories with deep messages. 

 

 

I have always been a man of many hats, and from a every young age possessed a interest ad talent in all things art. For as long as I can remember I have always created traditional art such as drawings and paintings. Through out my life I have found myself in fields such as music, theater, animation, and photography. In each discipline I have strived to be the best, and grow my well of skills and knowledge. I currently work as a photographer and in 5 years of work at my current job I have become the most decorated and honored photographer in the entire company. Even earning the title of Photographer of The Year for 2022, and having my work be a finalist in the 2022 National Photographic Competition.​

Although I have progressed in over fields animation well forever be passion and dream career.
